RFP for RECRUITMENT SERVICES OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Hall County Housing Authority (HCHA) located in Grand Island, Nebraska will accept proposals from firms to provide recruitment services for an Executive Director.  The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer and is responsible to the seven-member Board of Commissioners.  Responsibilities of the executive director include for both internal agency management and external housing program operations and development.  The Executive Director provides oversight of all HCHA programs including Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program, Project Based Vouchers, VASH, LIHTC and non-subsidized units.  The Request for Proposal (RFP) information and requirements can be obtained on the Hall County Housing Authority website, www.hcha.net. or by calling the administrative offices at (308)385-5530.

Interested firms shall submit three (3) copies of the proposal. A sealed package containing proposals must be submitted to the following address no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 22, 2020:
